Humus B'Tahini

1 8 oz. can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 can tahini (sesame paste)
juice of 2 lemons
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
1/2 t. cumin
salt to taste

In blender, puree chick peas in their liquid. Throw in cloves of garlic & cumin & blend. Gradually add tahini with its oil. If it gets too thick, stop blender & stir. Once blended, gradually add lemon juice & salt to taste.

Garnish with parsley flakes, paprika & drizzle with olive oil.

Serve with triangles of pita bread and fresh vegetables.
