Sunshine Sandwiches

What You Need

1/4 cup undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup peanut butter
8 slices bread
How to Make It:

  1. Put the undiluted orange juice concentrate and peanut butter in a small bowl.  Mix with a fork until well blended.
  2. Spread the peanut butter mixture on four slices of bread.
  3. Top with remaining bread slices.  Cut each sandwich in 1/2.
Serve with a smile!
