Juggling One Ball

To start juggling, you begin by tossing a ball back and forth from left to right.  This is the hardest part -- you must learn where your hands must be positioned.  Try to throw the ball to the same place each time.

Once you get this down, you are ready for the next step, or you can go back to the main juggling page.
