Neighborhood Awards

Give rewards for good thing in your neighborhood:  Walk around and look at your neighborhood.  Make a list of the things that are really great, like "Best Mowed Lawn" or "Prettiest Flower Garden" or "Tallest Tree."  Make some awards from ribbons or download one from here.  Fill in the winner and present the award!
