Mobile Fun

Make a dazzling mobile for your room:  You'll need some wire coat hangers, construction paper, different lengths of yarn, crayons and things to decorate your shapes like glitter or paint.  Think about different elements of nature, such as the sun, moon, stars, wind, rain, snow, fog, rainbows, oceans, lakes, and rivers.  Draw the shapes you like best and decorate them.  Then punch a small hole in the top of each and thread some yarn through it.  Tie it off with a bow and tie the other end to a coat hanger.  You've just made a mobile!

Hint:  You can bend the coat hangers into different shapes.  Kids:  Get help bending the coat hangers!  If you're not careful, coat hangers can cut you, or worse!
