Today's Summer Daily Fun

Where in the World

Learn about a different country:  Pick a random city or state (by stopping a spinning globe with your finger or tapping a spot on an atlas or map with your eyes closed), then list people, buildings, historical events or current news stories associated with that place.  If you have no idea, then look it up!  Devise your own special categories of associations to remember what you've learned, such as foods, languages, styles of clothing, holidays, books or anything else that especially interests you.  Go global!
