BlackDog's New Year Party
HOT CHEESE DIP
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (or 1 can of plain tomatoes and add crushed red chili peppers or
fresh hot peppers)
1 box Velveeta cheese
Mash tomatoes in skillet. Slice velveeta thinly and drop a little at a time into
tomatoes until all melted. Serve in a fondue pot or serve 1/2 and keep the rest
in a double boiler. NOTE: if red crushed peppers are used, start with one
teaspoon and taste after each tsp. is added until hot enough.
