BlackDog's New Year Party
AVOCADO DIP
1 carton (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 avocado, mashed
grated onion
salt & pepper
lemon juice
salsa to taste
Reserve pit from avocado. Mix all ingredients together and put in pit to keep dip
from turning dark. Chill before serving.
