Orange-Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation
Sometimes adding a simple touch to an old favorite
makes a world of difference. Add vanilla yogurt to
orange juice and whirl it in the blender for a minute
to make a frothy breakfast treat. Smoothies can be
prepared by cooks of all ages.
Pour the orange juice and vanilla yogurt into the container of a blender,
cover, and blend for 1 to 2 minutes. Add a few ice cubes and blend
for another few seconds. Pour into small glasses and serve.
Note: For a special touch, frost the smoothie glasses in the freezer before using them.
Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 5 minutes.
