What happens when I find the baby?
You click it and win a silly prize.

I can't find the baby anywhere!
First of all, the baby really and truly is hidden somewhere on the screen.  Move your mouse over every inch of the screen.  You will see the baby pop up on the page when your mouse passes over it.

No matter what I do, I still can't find the stupid baby.
Hint:  It's towards the bottom in the middle of the screen.

Is there really a baby there?
YES!  THERE REALLY AND TRULY IS A BABY ON THE SCREEN!  It's towards the middle of the screen!  It's hidden under one of the ties.  When you pass your mouse over the it, the baby will appear.  Then just click it.
